Colorado and Kansas State have enjoyed success and struggled through lean times together over the past 20 years.
Between 1989 and 2002 --a span of 14 years --- at least one of the programs, and often both, was ranked when they played each year. The programs will meet on Saturday at Folsom Field with neither being ranked or receiving votes in the national polls.
It is the sixth consecutive season both teams have been out of the polls at the time they have played.
...I saw athletic director Mike Bohn in the Dal Ward Center today. He said about 3,000 tickets remain for the game.

Thanks for the interesting stat and update about tickets.
BUT I have to say kyle i watched the weekly buffzone video this week and I was dissapointing that you dont have confidence in the Buffs to get a HOME win against a team that isnt even in the top 25. Honestly alot of people are counting the buffs out this season and saying they might not even make it to a bowl game BUT I seriously believe that the buffs can finish 8-4 in regular season
