The end to the Pac-12 Network-DirecTV stalemate might be coming if a proposed merger between AT&T and DirecTV is approved and all signs are pointing in that direction.
Fans of Pac-12 Conference schools who are also DirecTV subscribers haven’t been able to get the Pac-12 Networks because the young network and the satellite television provider haven’t been able to agree on terms for distribution over the past three years.
But AT&T is one of the Pac-12 Conference’s best corporate partners and if it is able to take over DirecTV, it seems only a matter of time before a deal is finally reached.
