Buffs swept by No. 2 Cornhuskers
LINCOLN, Neb. — The second-ranked Nebraska volleyball team swept Colorado 30-17, 30-22, 30-20 on Wednesday night at the Nebraska Coliseum.
The Cornhuskers also completed a season sweep of the Buffs as they handed CU a home loss earlier this season.

Nebraska is 22-1 overall with a 14-1 mark in the Big 12. Colorado fell to 6-18 overall and 1-15 in conference play.
Emilee Sisco led CU against Nebraska with 13 kills. Schylur Edelman added eight kills.
As a team, the Buffs notched just 27 kills in the match. The Huskers had 54 kills.
CU recorded 40 digs, while Nebraska had 62.
Colorado took its first lead of the match in the third game after putting together four straight points to go up 6-5. The Huskers came back with their own 4-0 run to regain the lead.
CU got within 13-12, but Nebraska strung together an 11-2 run, including eight consecutive points, to gain a commanding 23-14 lead.
CU returns home to host Kansas at the Coors Events Center on Saturday at 6:30 p.m.
