Missouri sweeps CU; Buffs finish year with a 6-22 record
COLUMBIA, Mo. — The Colorado women's volleyball team lost to Missouri Saturday, wrapping up the worst season, record-wise, in the 22-year history of the program.
The Buffs finished 6-22 overall and 1-19 in the Big 12. The next-worst overall record in program history was the 6-18 mark posted in the inaugural season of 1986.

Missouri swept CU in the season finale, 30-20, 30-23, 30-22.
Alex Buth led the Buffs with 13 kills. Kaitlyn Burkett dished out 28 assists and hit a team high .571 with four kills on seven errorless swings. Schylur Edelman tallied six kills and hit .455. Mallori Gibson and Emilee Sisco each recorded eight kills. Callie Webster picked up 10 of CU's 38 digs.
Weiwen Wang led Missouri with 19 kills. She did not commit an error on 27 attacks and hit a match-high .704.
