Netters earn No. 4 Big 12 seed

STILLWATER, Okla. -- The Colorado tennis team performed a school-first by sweeping both Oklahoma schools on the same weekend on the road, defeating Oklahoma State, 6-1, Sunday afternoon at the DuBois Tennis Center.

The Buffs, who beat Oklahoma on Friday 7-0, clinched a fourth seed at next week's Big 12 Tennis Championships at College Station, Texas, with an 8-3 conference record.

With the fourth seed, the Buffs (11-10, 8-3 Big 12) receive a first round bye and play the winner of No. 5 Kansas or 12 seed Iowa State in Friday's quarterfinals. The No. 59th ranked Buffaloes also won their fourth straight match.
