CU men's golf in eighth at Maxwell
ARDMORE, Okla. -- After two rounds of The Maxwell, the University of Colorado men's golf team stands in eighth place.

Michigan shot a 23-under par through the first two rounds and is leading in the tournament. The Buffs shot an even par through 36 holes, turning in rounds of 282 and 278 for a 560 total.
Senior Michael Baird is leading the Buffs. He is just one of eight golfers who stands at par or better through 36 holes on the 6,453-yard, par-70 Dornick Hills Country Club course. He is tied for fifth overall, seven shots out of the lead.
