Beat: Prep sports, non-revenue CU sports and various other events that make Boulder County a sporting paradise.

Bio: Raised on the Great Plains by one of the last remaining wild herds of bison, Josh finally set out on his own at the age of 18 and headed west. During a brief fling with rocket science in college, he realized that he was far more passionate about poring over box scores and passer ratings than differential equations. So he switched gears and graduated with a degree in journalism from the University of Colorado in 2004. From preps to college to pros and everything in between, Josh has been enjoying nearly every moment since, covering all sorts of colorful characters (good, bad and ugly) and great feats of athletic spirit.
